High School Rock Climbing Camp
Ever want give rock climbing a go? Asbury University Center for Adventure Leadership is hosting a Rock Climbing Camp this summer. This camp will be a combination of indoor and outdoor climbing. The first part of the camp will be spent indoor learning basic climbing concepts. The next part will be spent climbing outdoors. While this is a climbing camp, participants will be tent or hammock camping outside for the duration of their stay. This is a limited space camp with a high instructor to student ratio. While no previous experience is required we will ask students to fill out a survey before attending the camp so we can tailor the programming to the experience level of the group. Students will learn basic rock climbing movement, basic technical skills for climbing. risk awareness, decision making skills, camp craft.
Tuesday 9:00 AM - Thursday 6:00 PM

Location: Group will meet at Asbury on Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM and be done Thursday at 6:00 PM
